These sheets are very soft. I ordered these sheets back in August and the expected delivery date was at the latest October 14, 2009 which they never made it but I am sure it got lost in the mail. I contacted the seller on the 15th to inform him they never made it. He was very nice and helpful he reshipped my items no questions asked they to took a little while to make it but I also had them delivered to an APO address so sometimes it just takes a little longer than usual. The sheets are lighter than they look in the picture still a nice color it goes well with my duvet other than that its exactly as described. Thank you so much for the sheets and being so kind and helpful making sure they made it to me.

I love the sheets, and they are very comfortable.Only draw back is I had to wash them about 5 times when they first arrived to soften them up a bit.They do soften over time, but at first they can seem fairly rough.Once you get used to it though, it is a very comfortable sleep.The sheets are also more of a navy blue than the somewhat royal blue pictured (in other words they are significantly darker than pictured).They seem to keep you warm in the winter without making you sweat all night long, and they should be very cool in the summer due to the breathing ability of the cotton.Would definately buy from this store again.

I was looking for a large hooded towel to dry my large baby/toddler.This was about the only one I could find online at the time, so I ordered it.It arrived very nicely packaged with tight stiching to keep it together.Even though I very carefully undid the stitching, the towel unraveled in many places after only one wash.Furthermore, the hood has a padded area that makes it very cumbersome to wear (falling over his face) as he comes out of the bath.A large adult towel would do a better job.

After using this product I wasn't at all happy because it doesn't stand up to machine washing, after the first washing the material was limp and dull looking, didn't have the nice sheen anymore. Deep pockets but still not durable as far as staying put after making up the bed.

These are great towels - the organic cotton is luxurious, and they are a generous size.However, they are not what I would consider "colorfast." Mine (brown and blue) now have pink splotches all over them. GAIAM told me that it would have come from bleach, which I do not use, so the other possibility is that I used the towels after washing my hands after using a benzoyl peroxide product, although this never happened with other, non-organic towels.

The set is very nice looking. So far the towels have been very durable. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because the other reviewer was right. Don't use the oven mitt unless you want a burn. It is very thin and not at all good at protecting your hand. But if you are buying this for purely decoration it will serve the purpose nicely.

This collection from CooknStyle is superb. I bought several aprons, oven mitts, and pot holders for my wife for Christmas. As a woman who loves to cook and who loves to really get into the act of cooking, she has owned many aprons in the past. She has been quite impressed with the quality of workmanship from everything she received. Our only minor complaint was that not all lines carry all accessories, for example one apron only had the matching mitts, and not the pot holders also. This is another high-quality product from wamsutta. It is lightweight--not stiff at all, and it feels much more luxurious and fine than other sheets with similar thread count, both because of the quality of the 100% combed supima cotton, and because other cheaper brands often cheat on their thread counts by simply doubling up the threads rather than actually making the weave finer. I just bought these (from a different vendor, not from Amazon) in the sage green color (Queen Fitted), and there is a definite luster--more than it shows in the photo above, though I have no idea how it will hold up after washing. The product specifications given on the Amazon site are correct and match with the specifications given on the plastic zippered packaging. The fitted pockets really are extra deep, and look like they would accommodate up to an 18" thick mattress--I can only test it on my 16" one, and I'm happy to say it fits that with room to spare (or a little leeway for shrinking in the wash). Also, the elastic goes all the way around, to ensure a good fit. It does wrinkle quite a bit, but not any more than do other 100% cotton sheets.

I have never purchased a 1,000 thread count sheet set before. I ordered this one because we wanted a burgundy color and this was the only set we could find. Expectations admittedly were high both because of the advertised thread count and the price. We have had the sheets for about a month now and despite repeated washings, we are still extremely disappointed with them.We can not get them to be anywhere near what someone might call soft. It is an honest statement to say they actually still feel somewhat rough. Another issue we cannot understand is the unusually heavy weight of these sheets. The top sheet feels like a lightweight blanket. Washing has helped but it is still much heavier than anything we have experienced. Perhaps another couple months of washing may turn this set into the set described in the advertising for them.

There was a house fire here in Tucson and it was blamed on an old electric blanket that was turned off but still plugged in! If you have an old electric blanket, 8 to 10 years old, you really should replace it. These are soft and comfy right out of the package. There is no stiff "breaking in" period. They feel great, are thick and strong, and feel warm and snuggly. I was afraid the lace insert might be a weak point - but the stitching is firm and careful and the lace is sturdy enought to hold up. It isn't flimsy at all.
One downside to these sheets; they are 100% cotton, so they are a little wrinkled when you take them out of the dryer. Unless you are a neatness fanataic, this is not a big deal. I guess you could iron them with a little spray starch if you wanted a crisp look. But I could care less how they LOOK - when I am going to sleep, it is texture that is important. And these sheets feel WONDERFUL! They are soft and smooth, and very high quality. The bottom sheets are deep enough to fit my mattress, mattress topper, and electric bed warmer and still have some room to spare. I bought 2 sets of these, and I may go buy MORE. The colors are rich and deep, and were a little darker than my monitor showed. They did not seem to bleed onto other laundry, either.
UPDATE: I have had these for 3 months now, and they are still awesome. No unravelling of the lace inset, stitching still tight, and they just keep getting softer and more comfy. They do wrinkle a little more now, but I could care less - they feel great and help me sleep better. The colors are still deep, and have never bled off onto other laundry, even when a white item got into the same load. I hope they can get more in to sell!

These sheets are quite nice.They were soft and comfortable right out of the bag.They look good on the bed. They launder easily, dry fast and don't come out of the dryer too wrinkled.(I don't normally iron my sheets, but I hate it when they come out of the dryer so wrinkled that I actually have the *urge* to iron them!)They didn't bleed on the first wash, either, which is good, because I unthinkingly put them in with the lighter towels.(I suggest you don't repeat that experiment).

I can't speak to the size, because my bed is a Korean size 'Super Twin' which is bigger than an American twin, but slightly smaller than a full, so any set of American fulls will fit my bed.

This duvet cover was kind of rough and stiff when i took it out of the package. I washed and dried it and it softened up nicely. I got the Chocolate color and it is almost exactly the color in the picture. The stripes are elegant and pretty, buttons are big and haven't come undone, it was fairly easy to put on the duvet. I put it on by myself, it would have been easier with two but doable with one person. All in all, we love it and would buy it again!

I recently purchased an expensive down comforter and wanted to make sure to protect it with a duvet cover. I also wanted a duvet cover that would feel nice and soft, give my room a clean and modern feel, and most importantly, not break the bank.

I would highly recommend this duvet and pillowcase cover set, especially for the price. The feel of the duvet cover is very soft and the colors look great. Neutral, clean lines, color looks just the way I thought it would from the pictures.

The only note I would make is that the duvet cover, after I washed it, is not as thin and crisp looking as it is in the picture. It's actually much softer and thicker than it looks, which is not a bad thing at all (unless you're looking for a more thin-sheet look and feel). I'm sure if I ironed it, it would look crisper, but I'm pretty happy with this.

Just a helpful hint for customers interested in this item... these "towels" are actually paper napkins. A pretty steep price for a use-and-throw-away item, in my opinion.

I am admittedly a doting father. I love my daughter beyond words. That being said, I wanted to get her something she enjoyed, yet is practical.
She has fallen in love with Tinkerbell. The sheets in this set are fairly soft. The thread count is 180 and that is standard sheet material. Being she is only 2, she doesn't need 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton.
