Review of Hotel Collection "800 Thread Count" Fitted Sheet, Queen

This Amazon page is misleading.These are not true 800 thread count sheets.They are actually 400 thread count sheets, but they are made using two-ply yarn.This somehow privileges Hotel Collection and Macy's to sell these sheets as 800 thread count sheets.

Note, 400 threads is still a lot of threads, and these sheets feel fine.Hence the two stars.But I felt very misled when I received my package in the mail and found that these sheets are "woven with lustrious two-ply yarn to achieve total thread count."I wish the description on the web had been more accurate and included this seemingly important tidbit, especially since I paid over $200 for the sheets and the pillow cases.
