When I first ordered this curtain, Amazon sent me the hot/cold shower hooks instead. No problem, Amazon said they would send out the curtain and they shipped it very quickly to me. Except they shipped the hooks again! I emailed customer service again and they said obviously there was an issue. They made it so no one could order the curtain while they checked into the issue, which I thought was the right response. I looked elsewhere for the curtain but couldn't find it. I noticed that Amazon had taken it off hold and I placed a second order for it. Today I received my order. Unfortunately they sent me the hooks yet again! I don't understand why this is so hard to get right. Just wanted to put a warning out there so other folks don't end up frustrated too. Amazon, what are you going to do to fix this? Anything this time? Come on!
