I was excited about this product, especially about the price. I guess you get what you pay for.I ordered this jacket for my brother, an aspiring chef, for christmas. After placing the order, I was promptly emailed by the company to ask for the size (you can't designate during the ordering process). I told them Medium, and they replied back that it would be shipped promptly.
That was the last I heard from Chefskin.
The order arrived 11 days late. I had contacted them about not receiving the jacket (tomorrow is christmas eve), but received no response.
It arrived tonight in tattered packaging. When I opened the package, I found that I had received a large! Warning: the sizes run very big. While my brother normally wears an Adult Medium, I feel like a Small will better suit him.
Also, the hat is not as it appears in the picture. It's more of a cap than one of the poofy french hats displayed in the picture.
I contacted Chefskin again. It's too late/too close to christmas to change the jacket before. If they had actually shipped it on time, maybe I could've fixed the problem beforehand. Will update with results.
My advice: avoid this headache. Buy somewhere else.
