The embroidery effect was a bit more pronounced than what shows in the photo, but steaming the curtain helped. (I imagine steam from the shower would accomplish the same thing eventually.) The brown color in the flowers is deeper than the photo represents, but overall it was good for my purposes and looks nice with the brown rugs I have.
