Last summer my husband and I both bought a couple of pairs of the Sorbothane 3/4 inserts,and were very pleased with its results. It gave comfort and arch support where needed and were able to perform satisfactory in races. These however were very uncomfortable and right where the black pad ends ,it cause irritation and disconfort.
